I'm sure there are a ton of working HR moms in this subreddit and I'm looking for your advice.
I am currently on the fence about having kids, as I worry the stress of a corporate job will interfere with the time I get to spend and be present with my children. I was wondering if you could tell me what life is like as an HR working mom?
Do you have a high level position like a director? Or have you chosen to lay low as an HR Generalist?
What industry are you in and how many hours a week are you working?
Are you in office or remote?
Does your role require travel?
I am just trying to get a pulse on where HR moms currently fall in the ranks of their HR career and if they are able to balance work and kids.
