I currently work right now as a HR Assistant, and I live in Texas, and it was not uncommon a year ago for me to see at least 100+ positions open at any given time on Indeed. Lately though, I don't know if something changed, but im getting less than 20, last night i looked and I had like 5, i have done everything I can think of, including deleting my account and starting over, but the same thing ends up happening. I even went so far as to make a new email address and that did not change either.
Has anyone else experienced this? I know there are more jobs there, because when i just google hr jobs in my city, a lot more results pop up. I don't know if this is something with indeed or something else going on. I just don't want to have to have separate accounts on linkedin, simply hired, and zip recruiter just to apply for jobs. Any idea of whats going on?
