Hey all! I’m looking to see what the typically salary progression looks like for those who have been in HR between 5, 10, & 15 years. I’d love to know what areas of HR and location! I’ll start:
I’ve been in HR for a little over 10 years (generalist, recruiting, and now HRBP). Was laid off last year and finally accepted a new role starting end of August. I started at $58k right out of college as a generalist, 81k as a recruiter and now $100k as an HRBP in MN. There were annual performance increases and bonuses for each role also.
Edit to add: the industries were retail, agriculture and now wholesale building materials
