Had to terminate a young man today for a failed drug test and repeated safety issues. After escorting him out he left the property. Shortly afterwards he sent me a message via our recruiting platform and threatened me. Not sure if it was a threat to punch me or shoot me and that he’d see me outside of work. Should I report it? Should I let it be? I feel it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever encounter him again.
