Today I accidentally sent an invitation to a final-round interview to the wrong candidate...this candidate is actually NOT being moved forward. Completely my fault, I was moving too quickly and didn't realize I was in the wrong candidate's profile in our ATS. Has anyone done this before? How did you handle it?
UPDATE: The hiring team is fine with doing the interview anyway. Phew. She may be a good candidate for another position at some point.
