Managing people is honestly easier than managing payroll some weeks. I always end up going back through everything one more time because I keep thinking I missed something. Even after everything is entered I still do one last check before submitting it because I never feel confident
I used to think payroll would become one of those tasks that just ran in the background once everything was set up but it still takes more attention than I expected. At this point I think a good payroll system should make the process feel easier not give you another thing to worry about
