New Hire Orientation [N/A]

I’m just curious how you structure your new hire orientation? I oversee HR ops and on the first day I meet with new hires and go through 45 minute presentation which covers topics such as communication tools, overview of the company and executive leadership team, brief overview of benefits, pto , key contacts, outline of standard trainings. It just seems lame…. but maybe it’s because I do this on a weekly basis but to me it seems so boring. What else can I cover or how do you structure yours?
