I think everyone has aspirations to do something meaningful in an altruistic way. To do something good in the world or to solve really interesting problems that satisfy our intellectual curiosity.
So if we all had a movie in our minds about what our career SHOULD be, what was yours like? What drew you to HR and/or what problem did you want to solve?
I’m just bored and looking for inspiration right now.
