I have been an HR assistant for 7 years. The past 2 years I've been a SR HR Assistant focused on Benefits. I'm tired of being an assistant. I'm tired of being called on to cover front desk lunches, or not having a private workspace to focus, or being the last to know anything. I'm tired of getting crapped on all the time. I'm tired of it all. Today was my last straw but I am doubting my skills and don't know what to look for next.
I currently work for a public school district. Any ideas on what my next move could be? I'd like something remote mainly due to carpooling conflicts.
