I have never been one to believe in the moon affecting people’s moods until I started in HR. 😅
At my last employer, my office was 70% glass walls in a heavily trafficked area, so not much privacy for people coming into my office. A coworker mentioned how my office was like a revolving door on full moon days, and I took notice that it did seem to correlate.
Today at my new job was no different. Two different employees crying in my office before lunch time.
