What are your biggest f ups? As hr department of one, I had to learn a lot on my own. I’m in a comfortable position now where I am confident in most things. However, looking back at certain procedures, or lack of, I definitely am glad that nothing worse came of it.
So I am wondering, what past scenarios or actions make you cringe when you look back at it? It’s the only way to get better, this is a safe space lol.
