Any HR people here interested in an unofficial HR friends/group chat situation?
I’m a Human Resources Director with almost 5 years of experience and I realized I don’t have many people in my life who actually get the craziness (good & bad 🙃) that comes with working in HR.
Obviously everything would stay confidential like no identifying information such as company names, employee names, etc.
I’d love to connect with a few other HR professionals where we can swap anonymized war stories, talk through the bizarre situations we encounter, share advice when helpful, gossip in the most legally compliant way possible 😅, and generally laugh about the things only other HR people would understand.
Not looking for networking or anything formal. Just HR friends who occasionally want to say, “You’re not going to believe what happened at work today!!”
